Survival in Schools
Survival in Schools is an action-packed, hands-on experience that drops students straight into the world of survival at your own school. Delivered as a full day, morning, or afternoon session, young people take on fast-paced challenges, interactive games, and realistic scenarios that push them to think clearly under pressure. They’ll learn practical survival skills, work as a team to solve problems, and make real decisions with real consequences — building confidence, resilience, and leadership along the way. It’s immersive, high-energy learning that’s exciting, memorable, and designed to stick long after the session ends.
The Pillars of Survival
The four pillars of survival — Protection, Fire, Water, and Food — form the foundation of staying alive in any environment. Protection comes first, teaching how to build shelter, stay warm, dry, and safe from the elements. Fire is the turning point from surviving to thriving, providing heat, light, protection from predators, and enabling water purification and cooking. Water is critical for focus, performance, and decision-making, with students learning how to locate, collect, and purify it safely. Food completes the system, teaching basic foraging awareness and primitive cooking, helping young people understand how to fuel their bodies using the natural environment — building resilience, confidence, and real-world
survival skills.
